Multiple reviewers note the hotel is very clean and modern, with spacious rooms and attractive decor; however there are isolated issues (mold reported in one shower, a cockroach sighting in the lobby, rusted clock, and a few reports of minor smells or dirty seating) leading to a cautiously positive but slightly mixed score.

Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful (positive front-desk interactions cited), but there are service problems noted (deserted check-in desk, lack of apology, room allocation mix-up) producing an overall mixed-but-solid service impression.

Location is repeatedly praised ('great area', 'excellent location', 'bien ubicado') and is a clear strength in the reviews, supporting a high rating for accessibility and convenience.

Rooms are often described as comfortable, modern and spacious with good beds and water pressure, though some guests reported issues (leaky shower doors, no exhaust fan, high sink for a shorter guest, small/unattractive furnishings for some). Overall positive with occasional maintenance concerns.
