Hampton by Hilton Berlin City West

Multiple reviews explicitly note very clean rooms and good hygiene; a single report of bathroom mould is an outlier but overall cleanliness is strong.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (e. g. , room requests honored); service is a clear positive across reviews.

Consistently praised as central and convenient (near Ku'damm, S-/U‑Bahn, Savigny-Platz); excellent location is a dominant positive.

Mixed reports: several guests cite uncomfortable/sagging mattresses, small beds, limited storage and shower issues (leaking hose); some rooms are otherwise OK.

Amenities are adequate but have drawbacks noted: Wi‑Fi account requirement, crowded coffee machines/queueing, limited sockets in some rooms; parking nearby is available.

Multiple guests explicitly praise the price-performance ratio and consider the hotel good value for money.
