Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple guests praised very clean rooms and a well-kept building (e. g. , 'très propre', 'very clean and well-kept').

Service

Mixed feedback: several staff members named and praised for helpfulness (Joana, Edwado, Maria, George, Mattheu), but there are repeated reports of rude/unprofessional front-desk behaviour and poor handling of guest complaints.

Location

Strong positives: quiet, safe neighbourhood with a mall and Mercado Bom Sucesso a block away, close to restaurants and a subway station - convenient for shopping and transport.

Room Quality

Rooms are described as clean and spacious, but several complaints about hard beds, poor pillows, high bathtubs and lack of soundproofing (noise from neighbouring rooms).

Amenities

Good amenities reported: excellent breakfast options, nearby grocery/laundry, parking available (underground at ~€15/day), and easy access to public transport and shopping.

Value for Money

'Super et bon prix' and repeat stays indicate good value overall, though guests noted extra charges (parking fee, city tax timing) and some overpriced taxi quotes.

Experience the charm of Porto at HF Tuela Porto, where comfort meets convenience.

Unmatched Connectivity

Enjoy complimentary wireless internet access throughout the hotel, ensuring you stay connected, whether you're working or sharing memories from your trip.
